Terms of Use

Version 1.1 · Last updated 3 June 2026

Note. These terms cover use of this website during early access. Separate terms will govern the RunCompliance platform when it becomes available. This is not legal advice.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the RunCompliance website at runcompliance.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. They do not, by themselves, grant access to the RunCompliance platform or create any service contract; access to the platform will be governed by a separate agreement.

2. Informational purpose only

The Site provides general information about RunCompliance and the regulatory frameworks it supports. Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgement. References to laws, standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, DORA, NIS2, GDPR) are descriptive and may not reflect the most current version.

3. Early access & availability

The product is in development. Features described on the Site may change, be delayed or be withdrawn, and the Site may be unavailable from time to time. We make no commitment that any feature will be released or perform as described.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or probe the Site or its infrastructure;
  • copy, scrape or republish Site content beyond normal personal or evaluation use without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The RunCompliance name, the "Compliance Control Mesh" concept, logos and Site content are owned by RunCompliance or its licensors. Names of public standards and regulations belong to their respective owners and are used here descriptively. You receive no licence to our marks except as needed to view the Site.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunCompliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss arising from reliance on Site content, in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Changes take effect when posted; we will update the version and "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
